At July's Outlet, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:
- The item is unused and in its original condition.
- The item is returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is provided.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear
- Products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
Exchanges
We gladly accept exchanges for eligible items if:
- The item received is defective or damaged.
- The wrong item was shipped.
- The customer wishes to exchange for a different size or color, subject to product availability.
If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
We will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account after processing.
Return Shipping
Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item arrived damaged.
- The item was defective.
- We shipped the incorrect product.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined in this policy.
Lost or Stolen Packages
July's Outlet is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly and notify our customer support team so we can assist where possible.
Store Credit
In certain circumstances, store credit may be offered instead of a refund. Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
